Once your online order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the purchased products and selected delivery method. NK Group reserves the right to alter the delivery method if necessary, at no extra cost to you.

Delivery & Collection Methods

Parcel Courier Postage/Shipping

Currently, NK Group offers the following parcel courier services:

This service is subsidized by NK Group and is priced as follows:

  • Orders between £0.00 - £34.99 - Tracked 48 (2-3 days) - £4.75
  • Orders between £35.00 - £74.99 - Tracked 48 (2-3 days) - £5.50
  • Orders between £0.00 - £34.99 - Tracked 24 - £5.75
  • Orders between £35.00 - £74.99 - Tracked 24 - £6.50

Free Delivery!

UK mainland orders over £75.00 qualify for free Tracked 48 service.

Saturday Deliveries

A Saturday delivery service is available for £12.50, regardless of order value. Orders must be placed by 7 AM on Friday for Saturday delivery.

Note: This service applies to stock items only; pre-orders are subject to standard collection lead times.

Courier & Tracking Information

We currently use APC for our deliveries. While estimated delivery times are provided, they are not guaranteed by NK Group.

Once your order has been handed over to our parcel courier partner, their terms and conditions apply, including insurance coverage. More details can be found here: APC Conditions of Carriage.

Tracked 48 Service:

Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch. A tracking number will be provided via email or text. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Tracked 24 Service:

Delivery aims for the next working day after dispatch. Orders placed after 1 PM may not qualify for next-day delivery.


Important Notes:

  • Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday unless a Saturday delivery service is selected.
  • Our courier does not collect orders on weekends.
  • NK Group is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner. Delivery charge refunds will only be issued for lost or damaged parcels.
  • Once dispatched, tracking updates will be sent directly from the courier. Please refer to these updates instead of contacting NK Group.
  • If your order does not arrive despite the tracking showing delivery, please contact NK Group.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will provide redelivery options.

Delivery Discrepancies

All delivery discrepancies must be reported to NK Group within 48 hours of receipt. No action will be taken beyond this period.

Pick-Up (Click & Collect) Information

Once your order is placed online (or in-store), you will receive an email confirmation. Please wait for an email fulfillment notice before collecting your order. Processing may take up to 48 hours during peak times.

Important:

  • Pick-up orders must be collected within 10 days. If uncollected, NK Group reserves the right to refund the order and return items to stock.
  • Collections must be made during store opening hours at our Station Road, Worle location.
