Online Returns/Exchange Policy

NK Teamwear Returns Policy - We offer a 30-day window, from the sale date, to exchange or replace your goods if faulty.

NK Teamwear will not issue a full refund for unwanted or unsuitable goods purchased in any NK Group shop.

Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase, as exchange goods will not be accepted without a valid receipt.

Returns & Exchanges for Website Orders

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online or telephone purchase anytime from the moment the order is placed and up to fourteen days from the day after the goods are received. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us at teamwear@nkgroupuk.com and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

If you change your mind after this date, please contact us at teamwear@nkgroupuk.com and return the unused goods to us with the original packing receipt within fourteen days of receiving the parcel. We will offer you an exchange or a credit note. NK Group will not be liable for the cost of returning goods for a refund.

Please note all returns must be in their original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Please ensure your return items are suitably packaged, with your order number clearly visible. When your items are available, you will be notified of a collection date.

Personalised Items - 

We can only accept exchanges on non-initialed items. Personalised items are exempt from the aforementioned terms. Personalised items are defined as but not limited to any item with printed or embroidered names, initials, numbers.  Please email teamwear@nkgroupuk.com to arrange your return.

If your item is personalised or bespoke, the normal consumer rights do not cover you. Once you have completed a contract and made the purchase, you cannot return the item, and we are not obliged to issue you a refund unless faulty.
