Online Returns/Exchange Policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

All purchases made on the NK Group website are subject to Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

We do not have any NK retail/warehouse site available for manual returns or exchanges.

All return items MUST have original sales tags, hangers and be received by NK Teamwear in their original outer packaging. Any items deemed not resaleable will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note – any item purchased which is individually decorated, embroidered or printed cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless proved to be faulty.

COVID-19 Protection – NK Teamwear reserve the right to quarantine any returned items for up to 72 hours, before inspecting, then issuing exchange items or a refund.

Can I return my order (or part order) for refund?

  • Yes, your intention to return items for refund must be emailed to teamwear@nkgroupuk.com within 14 days of receiving the goods stating your order number and the details of the returns. It is then your responsibility to return the goods back to NK Uniform using the details and methods emailed to you, please obtain proof of postage if a carrier is used. The goods must be received by NK no more than 14 days after the return confirmation email.
  • Once NK Uniform receive the return goods and they are deemed resaleable (still have sales tags, hangers and in original packaging), it could take up to 14 days to process the refund.
  • If the whole order has been returned, the original standard postage/delivery charge will be refunded. If only part of the order is returned the original postage/delivery charge will not be refunded. Any items returned as faulty or damaged will have the option for a full refund, including postage charges, or a replacement item will be exchanged at the cost of NK Teamwear (see below).

  1. Email teamwear@nkgroupuk.com giving order number and details of items for exchange.
  2. Once you have a confirmation email back, return the items back to NK using the methods offered.
  3. If the goods are received in good condition a refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt at NK.
  4. No items with personalisation will be accepted for return.
  5. Products that are not stocked will not be accepted for return.
Can I return my order (or part order) for size exchange?
  • Yes, your intention to return items for exchange must be emailed to teamwear@nkgroupuk.com within 28 days of receiving the goods, stating your order number and the details of the exchange.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods back to NK using one of the methods within the return confirmation email, please obtain proof of postage if using a carrier. Once the return items have been received in good condition, your exchange items will be dispatched, at NK’s cost, as soon as possible, allowing for stock availability. NK reserve the right to determine the method of exchange delivery.

  3. When goods received in good condition at NK, your exchange items will be delivered to you by NK (free of charge).
What if my order is faulty or damaged?
  • Please report any faulty or damaged goods within 28 days of receiving the items. Email teamwear@nkgroupuk.com stating your order number and the reason for refund or replacement. You will then receive a link to a Royal Mail tracked returns website to obtain a free postage label.
